Ok, so the Oscar noms are out, you can see the whole list here. But here are the movies up for best picture:
- The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
- Lost in Translation
- Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World
- Mystic River
- Seabiscuit
So what does this mean? Anyone want to try and see all of them (although 2 were movie club picks) before awards night? This means that Karen might actually have to see LOTR!
For our low brow tastes, here's another list of movies to see before the big awards ceremony. Ah yes, the Razzie nominations:

I've actually seen two of these films. A prize if you can guess which two.
